Bio:
Alex has a background in Exercise Science. She is a full time CrossFit Coach at Three Kings and is currently preparing for her second appearance as a Regional team athlete. As a macro coach she takes her 10 years of training, nutrition, and high level athletic experience and applies it to help each individual obtain their performance goals.

Alex started her macro nutrient journey to take her training to the next level. She always felt like she ate healthy, but there was more she could do. After starting macros, she saw both scale and non-scale victories. She understands that everyone has different goals they're trying to achieve, and that's the beauty of flexible nutrition. Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or train at a high level Alex believes that the food you eat fuels your success.
