Bio:
Stacy is a thirty-six year old mom of four, wife, CrossFit Games athlete, CrossFit coach and Eat to Perform coach. She has been an athlete and has played sports since she was very young. She played volleyball, basketball and ran track in high school, going on to play volleyball at Franklin College. She has qualified for the CrossFit regionals four times, qualifying for the Games in 2013 and 2016.

Stacy first became interested in nutrition in 2003 when she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease and an anxiety disorder. She has grown to have a passion for using food to not only fuel the body for daily life and exercise performance, but to help heal the body and live a longer, healthier life. She loves teaching about food quality and what different foods can do for your body. Stacy became interested in macros when her current nutrition was not sufficient enough for recovery nor provided the energy to keep up with her kids while training five to six days a week as a competitive athlete. Because she understands being an elite level athlete, she specializes in helping other athletes fuel their bodies so they can see better performance and recovery in the gym.

Stacy has a passion for food and how it can affect every aspect of your life. She loves to hear and see how people are positively affected by the changing of their nutrition.
