    1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.-- Put all of the ingredients on your baking sheet, drizzle with the maple syrup, spray with olive oil spray, and season with salt and pepper--. Toss all together and spread out in an even layer.--

    2Cook for 45 minutes.


    4 pieces of Bacon, cut into bite size pieces (Applegate Uncured Sunday Bacon is awesome quality and lower fat!)--

    1 Red Onion, chopped

    2-3 cups of Butternut Squash, cubed--

    2-3 cups of Brussel Sprouts, cut in half--

    1.5 tbsp of Maple Syrup--

    Salt & Pepper--

    Olive Oil Cooking Spray--
